Latest rumour among legal profession is that the proposals put out by detr to ban radar detectors will be substantially delayed, some years, will have to be reworked. London law firm acting for interested parties has demonstrated a number of legal flaws in the proposals. This is just rumour, but from good sources.

Seems a reasonable rumour to me, the proposed legislation had more holes than a giant packet of polo's
