Hi all,it's been two years since I've owned an impreza,but purchased a my99 wrx type ra limited on Saturday.519/1000.
To say I'm happy is an understatement,I got quite attached to my previous hot hatch,but now realise I was kidding myself.
Sat in a garage since 2006 since import and registered in 2011.
100k on clock and still limited to 180kph.
Pretty standard except for a 3" exhaust system a v8 STI tmic,bigger brakes and some 17" gold speedlines.They look like rb5 wheels,but do seem to be originally gold,I may be wrong?!
Very sound mechanically and very clean underneath,but does need a seal.
Been told it's running standard 280ps.It feels a lot more!
Not sure if they are original springs,they do feel a little soft for my liking,so will be looking at getting some upgraded ones.Any suggestions welcome.
Anyway,good to be back.
Now need another good excuse to tell the mrs why I need to go out for another drive
