Checking in.....
Not been gym for a month as I’ve had too much going on and to be honest I was getting sick of - I should have mixed my routines a lot more than I did.
As of today, 4th Feb is the warmest it has been for a while and the snow here has almost gone I’m now in the frame of mind I’m a bat fastard and I need to hit the hills with the dog more than I do at present. My diet is shot and I’m properly lazy at preparing, so I’ve decided that once I have kicked this cold (dont usually get them) I’m going to hit everything really hard and set some tough goals.
i usually wake around 6:30 - 6:45 for work, however have been covering a few other shifts lately and getting up at 5:15 instead hasn’t been hard at all. So my thought it is, get up at 5:30 and hit some cardio and/or HIIT in a morning, and weights at an evening. Food if i get it right in terms of calorie burn I can eat anything within reason, but will try and keep carb out as much as practicable.

ps I don’t come on this site much anymore as it seems to have very little traffic, maybe we should put a Facebook or Watsapp group for Subaru fitness together

Any updates people?
im currently at 90kg, so a little heavy but my lifting at gym is good and I致e recently took up golf so I知 short of time to cardio properly nowadays, but winter will soon be here so I値l revisit it again soon.
currently lifting the heaviest I致e ever done on chest and back and par with legs so all good in that respect. Not much happening in my body appearance as I知 still carrying chub.
diet is okay now, back on sensible foods with the occasional caught short meal out due to work, but on the whole I知 happy where I知 at. Just wish to lose 5kg now by toning up.
