Just between me and you, I think it's very shocking that he has moved on to another hot chick when he's in such a trouble! Despite his money and shame, what a heartless b*st*rd. Who's this new girl, then? Is she off her f**king trolley??? Does she know that him going on his knees means his pistol going off 'accidentally'? He may get proven as a psycho, but what an idiot of a girl who's going out with him now.

Anyway, what I've heard today requires me to make a correction in what I stated previously.

http://news.uk.msn.com/world/oscar-p...mer-girlfriend

A former girlfriend of Oscar Pistorius has told his murder trial that the athlete once fired his gun from his car sunroof after becoming angry with police.
Samantha Taylor said that Pistorius carried a gun with him "all the time" when they were dating.
She also said their relationship ended when he cheated on her with Reeva Steenkamp, the woman he shot dead last year.
The court twice adjourned briefly after Ms Taylor broke down in tears.
Ms Taylor told the court the alleged shooting incident happened when Pistorius became angry after a police officer stopped him for speeding, saw the gun on the car seat and told him it could not be left there.
She accepted that he laughed around the time he actually fired the gun.
Pistorius says he killed Ms Steenkamp in his home by mistake, thinking she was an intruder. Prosecutors say he intentionally killed her after an argument.
If found guilty, the 27-year-old double-amputee could face life imprisonment.
Either way, he is really a very nervous man. That's between me and TDW.

I read there is no jury either, all down to whether he/they convince the Judge he's innocent.

Reminds me of the OJ trial.

He has quite an influential family, he himself is so famous and bleddy charming ( ) that it took him no time in acquiring some deluded bimbo for himself, so I think he'll walk out of the court as a free man. I'll be surprised if he doesn't.

Apparently his 'charming' brother was also involved in some death by car accident (or something like that) a year or so before Oscar shot Reeva. Apparently his side twisted the whole case, may be the judge got bribed as well, and the charmer brother now walks about with his chest like a pumped up camping mattress, and his head held high like a lamp post.

Difficult to see how he can avoid a guilty verdict in view of recent court events.

He needs to stop changing his story.

Looking guiltier and guiltier every day.

The prosecutor is one nasty mo fo, wouldn't want to face him under any circumstances.

I have not really being paying much attention to the minutiae of the proceedings

But I did read an article on the BBC website today that said he has had a disastrous couple of days - and went on to explain why

And it does not look good, he looks quilter than a priest in a choirboys changing room

Looking at the court proceedings, Oscar is trying his best to justify his hyper-vigilant behaviour and actions due to his life-long crime experiences and threats; specifically that boat incident in 2009.

Nel is nailing it with his cross-examination, and he looks a bit like Michael Palin with extra testosterone, so we shall see.

When Oscar goes on about fighting for his life in this court case, it is so ironic, as he took someone else's life with his hands. Intentionally or not, but he did. Nel picked on that well.

Exactly, I had never even heard of him before this. It's not as though he's a superstar is it.

You know him now

It's about his personality , but more so gun culture in SA that's under examination, and dodgy policing together with who gets justice

In tandem with the cape Town murder

It could be because he's a bit more than some Joe Bloggs next door who killed his nationally recognised fashion model girlfriend on Valentines Day in suspicious circumstances. Media know that general public would be interested to know why he did that.

I may be wrong.

You know it took me a minute to suss the fact that Oscar wasn't actually calling Nel 'Me lady'. I thought to begin with that he was taking Nel for a woman because he was so upset.

When the trial first started, I thought, "Why the hell is the witness calling him [male lawyer], M'lady?!"

It took me a few minutes to 'fall in'.

Frankly, this sort of @rse-kissing communication in courts itself is flawed. The whole thing starts with indirect response. No wonder the cases are dodgy. Why answer to London when it's the Tokyo that's talking to you?? I mean it's obvious that My Lady or My Lord is listening and judging the whole thing if she/he is sitting in the same room on the highest chair FFS.
