I know your only fishing but just in case others believe you, there is NO firm in this country that would of raised wages by 6% each year as the global economy is a way for the world to keep all its workers in the gutter and say " think yourself lucky you have a job "
You are wrong .... my company have had 6% + payrises for those who deliver consistently - like I said, it is performance related .... I could have received more (or less actually) - if you are a low performer you receive 0% ... the top performers get bonuses too.
Working 37 hours a week including some unsociable hours I get paid around £200 a month more than if I didnt bother and went on benefits due to having 2 children!
