Take it to engine tuner and let martin remap it for you, your mate will be pig sick.

i researched this for days mate. and from what i learned some of the wrx that had the ppp packaged fitted by prodrive had the the ecu tweaks fitted, the prodrive y-pipe and exhaust. but not all had the restrictor pill fitted for reasons unknow??

therefore did not produce as much boost /power the boost only inreased 1-2psi more.

the ones that had the correct pill fitted then made prodrive stated power and the boost then hit around 18psi..

i have a 0.9mm restrictor in mine it peaks to 18psi and is a world apart from the standard wrx...

going on dyno saturday so will make a thread to let you know how it is running with this setup and also power.. should be interesting??

ill keep a look out for the thread, where can you get different pills? direct from subaru? id be keen to try a different one while its on the rolling road, seeing how easy it is to change it. you could then see what effect it has on other parameters
cheers
