Something to check - After doing a trackday I noticed a 'tinny' noise in the exhaust, more noticeable after a cold start and coming from the downpipe section. It turned out that the wastegate had no pre-load and was ratting/ leaking exhaust. After re-setting the pre-load I got overboost which I adjusted via the AVC-R boost solenoid duty. It may be 'placebo effect' but it seems to build boost a bit quicker now although of course, the power figures should not be effected.
Grip the actuator arm and if you feel any movement, chances are it needs re-setting.
Looking at the power curve, there is a very definite dip without a corresponding dip in the boost. I may be talking rot but it's as if the AVCS switched off. The neutral position switch does fail - I replaced mine while the box was off during a clutch change.

Hi Craig
Spool on the V-Power will be always better than Meth,I know this from our wagon,on our wagon difference has been somewhere in 200-300RPM,on road this difference has been negligible
Meth in general will give you more bhp and torque
In yours case not sure, something is not right and I would expect on meth at leas 460-480bhp on yours
FMIC we run same like you are running,I think you have there some restriction, where hard to say,but NPS can be first and second bit I would check exhaust/headers etc
I would try put induction to the engine bay and use RCM induction kit,has been proven on many cars and I wouldn't use at this power any cold air feed, some cold air feed inductions are too small for 450bhp+

Wheel size should be same as non billet, just billet wheel is different design and its like you are said lighter
Jura
I've check several times datalogs from Syvecs and compared them, those tests we are done like on the road or track or drag strip
Meth yes will give you better mid range and yes in some cases spool is not affected
Jura
T is in my view is suited 2.0L,but V I wouldn't use on 2.0L or 2.1L without the AVCS,on 2.0L is V too big and will never spool as on 2.35 or 2.5L

Hi Craig
I don't know too where, but guys above like me pointed out where we would look first
Are you spoke with Simon if AVCS has work, when car has been mapped or do he thinks if NPS can be faulty
Or do he think, there is some kind of restriction on exhaust/headers or induction side
I still think there is some kind of restriction
Lastly I would go on different dyno and try one power run, maybe Area 52 dyno is low reading dyno and on different dyno you can have different/better result, wish you are leaving near Surrey Rolling Road, which we are using only and Charlie is real legend

Craig, I'd go back to RCM as their RR is known to be one of the most accurate, & that's where I'm going next time. Iv found using different RRs only confuses matters, always use the same place. Iv got a Smoke Pro which can check for leaks in your exhaust & inlet, if you drop by some time I can do the test, won't cost you anything & I think it's a good starting point to rule out the basics. Definitely speak to Simon too as he may know what's wrong.

I'm about on Monday, not too busy in the afternoon if that's any good to you. After that I'm fairly busy over Christmas with family, may have a spare half day just before Newyear, or if you aren't in a hurry I'll have plenty of time after the Christmas break.

Looks very similar to my graph, I'm running an md555 and am having the same problem. It made good power but it's very laggy. Also it's quite low on torque. I've got the same spec as you without the headers and made 414/335 on v power. Not sure if the headers have alot to do with the low torque figure.
