I have been using this twice a day for the last while, it has made a big improvement to my sinus problems.
I got one from my doctors a while back and just couldn't get away with it. I tried a few times but felt like I was going to choke.

Soya milk gives me mouth ulcers. I tried switching to it for a while and after a few days developed the ulcers - I had dozens, I couldn't even talk properly because of the pain. After about a week it clicked that it could be caused by the soya. I did a google search and learned that soya gives some people ulcers.

I don't cut anything out of my diet really but I try and avoid rubbish food in general and lots of red meat. I do wonder if cutting this or that out is just a fad like coffee enemas or whatever lol?

On the topic of allergies, I had a friend visiting me with her four yr. old child today. He has suffered from allergies, asthma and eczema since birth; like his father. He loves cats, so when my adorable fat cat with long fur came down, he stroked my cat's furry tummy. Not kidding, the little boy instantly came out with an aggressive rash on his hands, and when he rubbed his eyes with his tiny hands, his eyes went all red as well! I was so concerned for him, but he showed remarkable patience. He went up to the bathroom by himself, and washed his hands and eyes, and was fine later.

I felt so bad for that little child for he cannot even do the things that he'd like to, like stroking a furry, cuddly cat.

Allergies are a curse!
