Ok, for example, whether you agree with him or not I think he has spoken far more clearly than Cameron when it comes to Europe.

Maybe a bit more direct, but then he has the luxury on not being PM, so a sort of carte blanche to be more vociferous
I am still not sure on what his "vision" for the UK is though and whether it is any different from Camerons

Yes he does have that (big) luxury of not being PM but you can't deny that he is a lot more direct about his views on Europe.
And as barmy as you might think they are his views on the solution for airport capacity for the capital are also far more clear cut. Cameron kicked the issue into the long grass.
