Well from what i can see F11 SYS purchased a mint JDM Hawk STi afterwards and considering he went with the cash all the way to Ireland.... well, make of it what you want but there must have been something wrong with the car for him to walk away.
Now seller i can understand keeping a little for wasted time, etc but £600 odd quid! Feeling lucky aren't you?
Not to worry Karma will bite you hard one way or another

Typical, just like that scammer Luke Giles and Keith of Scoobyprojects.
Wish you all the best in recovering your monies bud.
I can't comment on a little disagreement between buy and seller but keeping a load of money as deposit is simply weak.
Anyway, what relevance is it that your mate had a few Skylines? Why did seller have to bring that up?

Of course I'm taking the buyers side. Seller is trying to do him for £600!
In hindsight maybe buyer was too trusting of seller. But to walk away when you've travelled so far to buy a car.... Says it all really.
Anyway... You above... Where you there?

Now I'm certainly 50/50 now, things just don't add up, there's something fishy here.
Op sounds like a newbie but I really think there's some truth but don't know how much of it, the general bandwagon abusing the first thing they see (post count) means they are a mere mortal and believe the higher post count person is sad really.
People are quick to abuse but there is no actual proof or facts here to abuse. Just the usual grammar txt speech dribble etc.
I'm keeping an open mind ATM now

Lol at banny.
If deposit was said in the beginning that it's a 'non refundable deposit' to hold the car as what I do when selling/holding things prior to collection, then it means **** all really.
Op will just get it back very easily tbh if he payed fees.
Would you guys go somewhere far to actually 'buy' the car? I wouldn't expect to buy it for definite but worth a look if your used to travelling to buy cars as I do too for best examples, don't mind travelling, BUT it's always on my mind that if I'm not happy I'm prepared to walk away although I do ask as many questions as possible to avoid wasting my time.
Now for some reason I expect op has done similar ^^^^^ to my post. It must of not been 'as described'
