SCOOBYNET HAS GONE TO THE DOGS LATELY

When I was in the world of corporate business they used to send us on courses where people waffled on in semi-cryptic ovetones like that! These people were so self assured and claimed to be so successful yet they were stood in front of us in a cold meeting room tacked on to the side of an aging factory in a bleak Cumbrian industrial town being paid a relative pittance to tell us how great they were
Who's the more foolish, the fool or the fool who follows him?

If Armageddon struck and the rapture left only WRX owners behind I can assure you a second Armageddon would follow very quickly.

Well I haven't as such, not since this has been running anyway.
However, the other day, I did step in as asked on a thread that was getting bitchy. On that thread I politely stated perhaps certain members should ignore one another if they didn't like each other (that's the short version).
That was what one member definitely seemed to want and it seemed to suit both, then this thread progresses......
I've said time and again, if people don't take to one another, then stay out of each other's way as best as possible. I've also asked for this thread not to turn into exactly what it has.
A bit banter is all well and good, and if LWC takes it as that, then fair enough, but if this is just a 'let's all gang up on this bloke we don't like' then I suggest now that the problem has been put into the open, it is left to die a death.
I'm not trying to be a party pooper, but there is a fine line between banter and insulting.
I also think what people need to bear in mind, is that for all of you that have a problem with this bloke/his posting manner, there are plenty that probably feel the same about you. I am not going to ban people because they are unpopular with some other members (that goes for everyone that statement could apply to). Characters make forums, and not all of them are destined to get along, which is fine, but I don't like to see things get out of hand.
As well plenty people know on here, I like a laugh, but just don't go too far at the expense of another member, just because you're not keen on them.
Thank you all kindly.

Oi !!!
Not one single post in this thread has been deleted.
The thread don't make sense because most of its contents was created past the watershed of sobriety Unless you're knocking Lisa for her input, in which you're gonna get a reaming for implying it

The only way to avoid it is to do that special dance outlined by ps Lewis whilst changing your engine oil. (i forget, but its something like : hopscotch with the MAF disconnected, moonwalk whilst dry cranking, and disco when the CPS is plugged back in )

Got to agree with the op in this, I've not been a member long but have recently stop going on here much due to the aggressive drivel and unhelpful comments . Don't get me wrong a bit of banter is good but it just goes too far sometimes, no wonder most newbies don't stay around for long! I have posted before and then waited for the slagging off....not good
