Tyre time!
Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2
Got them on all our cars and can't fault them. They don't cost the earth performance is fantastic and the longevity is very good if you don't drive like a loon all the time
Big thumbs up for Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2's . Had them on my old cupra, plenty of grip and had 5.5 to 6mm all round after 9000K miles.
The rim protector's work well. There grip in the wet was fantastic and gave lot's of confidence in the corners
Low road Only criticism. Slush and snow they was quite "Bambi" like. But so are a alot of other performance tyres

+1: Another vote for the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2
At c£435 for 4 x 215/45 R17 they're a bit over budget but these are my current tyre of choice on my Bugeye wagon.
Superb performance here in wet, rainy, green Wales on press-on roads. Fantastic wet grip, great under heavy braking, low tyre noise, good steering feel and longer life than my previous Continentals or higher priced Michelins. Just about to order another set.
