You could try a Bowen Therapist?

It does help quite a few people.

Any ideas?
But I thought crossfit meant; to lift weight with bad form, and then run to another machine and lift something else with bad form, all the while taking up several machines and get in other peoples way

Ibuprofen gel/tablets and rest is the best if it's nothing too serious.

I paid for a bupa checkup and was refered to a specalist. Ironicly the specalist the was the same private guy i was paying to see over the years and he refered me to have an mri scan. Turns out disc 5 in my back is having the jam squeezed out of it.

I go back in a few weeks to see my options. If it stays as an ache i can deal with it. The stabbing pains i cant. Its been three years since it first happened. Just take things very easy until you have had the ok. even if you think its fine, it wont be for a few more weeks.
I have this, or very simlar, carring to much weight on my back in the army
