fitting was A* all the original features are in place to hold brake hoses etc out of the way. install was very quick and easy.

i set mine 15 from hardest as a nice mid point and after my first drive i was very impressed. at this setting i find them less choppy than the original sti setup. they seem to take bumps in the road very well.

then was a country lane. Note i fit the coilover at the supplied height (about a 50mm drop) and i had no rubbing at all and the car handles like a dream. in fact i then fit a set of 17x9et42 wheels with 245/40/17 and drove the same route and still no rubbing

high speed the car also feels very planted so overall i am very happy with the new setup. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for coilovers.

when i ask friends with BC's how they ride i tend to get the response " there a bit hard but i need to play with the damping". i cant say for myself but i believe the BC give a harsher ride.

For the money i think these are pretty amazing!

50mm sounds a lot but i measured mine at about a 3" gap between arch and tyre before lowing and now about a 1" gap. it does sit quite low but i like it.

as for other mods my car is standard. i have camber bolts front and rear but nothing else

At -50mm you really need to consider a roll centre kit to maintain the steering geometry

Sorry, free shipping only for UK.

Republic of Ireland is classified as Europe, and have to go via a different courier.
Shipping price to ROI is only £35, so it isn't too bad.

The GC8 fit both 4-door and 2-door model.

Yes that should be the GD/PCD chassis, either the 5x100 or 5x114.3.

I second that! Some pics of coilovers fitted would be great,or some info on ride height comparison to standard sti struts. Or even if customer could order at pre-set height? Geniune interest.

Interested in these but need to know how they sit on classic, how the handling is, good for road use and obv track use. GB should be extended further for more reviews imo

I am pretty sure it will ride nicer than the standard STi Strut on softer setting.
That is one good thing about having an adjustable suspensions that you can actually dial in the ride quality you are after.

There really isn't a "pre-order" ride height as the suspension will actually sit a little different on each car anyways. That is one good point of coilovers vs. lowering springs, because what you see isn't what you have to keep... you have all the adjustment you need to get the car to sit where you want it to.

Ride height adjustments will not be a problem on a WRX.
It is one of the few rare car that have a MacPherson Strut on the front and the rear.
On a dual perch coilovers setup like the MeisterR Zeta-R, it mean your range of adjustments are huge as there is no "bottoming out" on the lower bracket like you would with a double wishbone suspensions.

And as ride height adjustments do not affect damper travel, technically speaking it will ride just as well rather it is on the highest or lowest setting.
There are some changes in alignment, roll centre, etc... but the overall ride quality will not majorly suffer like you you were to use single perch coilovers such as KW or Bilstein.

We design the Zeta-R to be compliant on the uneven UK road surfaces.
So they will not feel like riding on a solid block of wood like many "race" suspension are on the softer setting.
To an extend, the OEM Bilstein are pretty harsh as many time they try to push a "motorsport" valving onto a road suspensions... and you end up with a very stiff ride that is not good when you don't need load of damping force (such as driving on the motorway).

The Zeta-R is adjustable mean you can stiffen the suspension on the occasional track days where you can trade compliancy for sharper steering response and reduce body roll. That is the reason for adjustable suspensions.

Jerrick - do you do coilovers for the Classic Impreza wagon?

BC/BF Legacy has all the same fitment as GC/GF Impreza, only I need the higher rear spring weight to counter the fat *** the wagon has

Yep, work that out also.
That is easily done and can swap the rear springs to a slightly heavier rear springs if needed.

But realistically, we actually find the weight difference is minor and because springs and ride height are independently adjusted, you can actually use a softer rear springs without any problem.

But that is fine, more than happy to help out to get a set on the GC/GF

Yep, I look into it.
The GR isn't listed because we don't have it in stock.

However, if you are interested, I am happy to air ship in a few parts and get them build for you.
So I can still offer the same discount, just need a week or two to air ship in the few parts needed.

Jerrick
