Goodyear eagle ***.2`s have very soft side walls, which whilst giving excellent grip, stopping, and wet performance, does effect turn in, and can give a bit of a sideways "lurch" in corners. I am not sure that I would buy them again.

I've got the exact same problem with my57 sti, mine has prodrive suspension too.the ride is shocking when ur doing motorway speeds so bouncy,don't no if a suspension set up will help or not.or new suspension required..

Yeah, it's the motorway driving when it's really noticeable. Tyre pressure has helped. Prob upgrade suspension at some point

I actually find a lot of OEM sport suspensions quite harsh to be honest.
The main reason is because OEM manufacturer is trying to create sharp steering response by valving the damper with high cracking pressure.

While it does achieve that goal, it does make the ride a bit harsh especially for driving over small bumpers such as long motorway trips.
Putting on a thinner sidewall with larger wheel will enhance that issue as there will be less movement to absorb those higher frequency movement.
