I fitted electric folding windows in mine, all the door wiring was already installed.

 

i fitted jdm folding mirrors to my uk sti blob.
it requires the mirrors obviously, the switch and also two wires adding to each mirror.
i also fitted the auto mod from this thread.

dpending on which car you have in newages the switch is in a different position.
centre console on early cars and in door card on late blobs and hawks

the folding switch is the one next to the left and right side selector

 

I have lost interest now if I have one or not as the time it is taking to me shows that the switch on my hatch works to move the mirrors in and out when I want them too so do I need a mod that has taken a few weeks to even get to this stage...

unless it is going to be a pain take me off of the list !!!

otherwise I will get it and just chuck it in the garage to collect dust

 

Not a problem mate. I'm back of hols now and will be ordering the bits this weekend. I'll order extra anyway, probably enough to make 15 so I have a few extra for later on when people randomly ask for them in six months time.

I have to get my mirrors colour coded anyway so no major rush

 

Everyone has their own lives and things to do, give the man a break he was on hol and he is making these from scratch remember, I still want mine even if it takes longer.
