Against. It's not exactly helpful to the economy of Pakistan if their young have no future there and leave to contribute elsewhere. If we are funding kids to get educated and then go work in the US/India/wherever, how is that helpful to the UK?

There are parts of the UK where it's difficult to get a job, those are exactly the sort of places I'd like us to 'throw our money' (or whoever's money we are borrowing this week).
