The first thing a young, well-educated, resourceful Pakistani is going to do, is leave Pakistan.

Against. It's not exactly helpful to the economy of Pakistan if their young have no future there and leave to contribute elsewhere. If we are funding kids to get educated and then go work in the US/India/wherever, how is that helpful to the UK?
