They were playing **** all that's the problem.

Sakho should be dumped and forgot about for a start, they can't keep the back line tight, Johnson really should have been better, why bring on Moses for Sturridge when he should have added Agger in to the back to strengthen the defence.

Thrown away and I for one am feckin gutted along with tamping.

New back 4 at a min, that said Flanagan does have some potential but the others! Feckin shocking! Can't believe I just witnessed that! 3 goals in 9 mins WTF

In regards to Flanagan, he needs to be in his natural position to be able to judge him ( I presume RB?). I read the other week that he is the most beaten full back in the league. Just goes to show how good Liverpool have been from an attacking point of view.

Jamie Carragher was totally right in his assessment of the game afterwards. He said that you cant feel sorry for that and he is dead right. It is completely unacceptable to let a 3 goal lead slip especially taking into account the importance of it. I am disappointed but fck it it was still the best season I have enjoyed supporting LPL in years , so no complaints. Feel sorry for SG . I think Johnson needs to go , hes not good enough anymore. Sahko is ok for high ball defending , thats his strength but very uncomfortable playing the ball out . Flanagan could do a job as back up RB , but the whole defence needs a rehaul. We got away with it all season by compensating by outscoring teams , but couldnt go on for ever . Had to bite us in the *** sometime. THey got a warning from the Norwich game , it was almost a carbon copy of this one but didnt learn their lesson from it. Rodgers should have brought on agger and closed it up . Bit naive but I hope he will learn from it . Hopefully having CL will allow us now to actually buy some decent players in the summer instead of bargain basement ****e we have been mostly getting of late

that guy is pure shìt in my eyes, no disrespect but I've seen local Saturday teams defend better than that twàt!

Really really don't rate him, I shudder every time I see him in the line up! uncomfortable on the ball is an understatement!

Truely devastated by that result! I'm flying back in from Ireland tonight to Bristol, been debating to change the flight to Manchester and get them to land the fućker on the Etihad pitch

fa cup 2011, prem 2012, league cup 2014, and 1 point away from another prem thanks to your inability to defend a 3-0 lead

worth every penny

Yeah, but the 21 man squad with 8 home grown players trained in this country for the last three years is really going to mess things up

Unless you keep Barry, Sinclair, Richards and Milner. Or you could buy all the top british players like Shaw, Barkley, lallana, but you'll be desperate and those clubs will know this so they will be very expensive, more so to City but of course you have such riches, but then you'll break the FFP and so the circle begins again

Not a bad season at all considering the lack of reinforcements in the last couple of transfer windows.

Mission more than accomplished for this year - Champions League football next year, took it to the wire with second in the league and the bitters 20 points behind and in disarray

Squad reinforcement needed for the European campaign. Attack and midfield wise we're in good shape but defence is lacking to say the least Lallana would be nice, but with our transfer track record I won't believe anything until they're holding the scarf aloft

Seems to be a lot of people feel that way.

To be fair Liverpool were gloating way too early, and you had this media-love-fest for Stevie Me going on.
