Premier Inns - fair play to them!
I recently saw him in a play. After the play, all performers were necking it down a one or a two in the bar area, but he was missing. My friend said, "Oh, they're all staying in that posh hotel in your village, I think?". I said- "I know. Apart from Lenny, as he'd go to his Premier Inn, innit?".
The funny man was very good in a serious role, fair play. It was around the time when his ex Dawn French got re-married, so I wonder if his serious performance had something to do with it.
back to Premier Inn, it's good. I don't agree with the full English breakfast being £7.50p but hey, It's ok. I don't like breakfast, anyway. Better than Travelodge where a pathetic continental-in-a-paperbag has to do for, I think, 4 quid.
