I've asked about earthing kits on here and emailed the email address we were asked to use but no response.

Not had any reply back also,spoke to Darren at DLM and he has spoke to dawn who was meant to be replying to my email but hasnt so he will be reminding her again,not sure if she has other things on.must be a hard time for her.

Yes it must be a very difficult time for her, and I'm not in anyway having a go, it's just that I know some people have had something's recently, and others can't get any reply. It would be better if she just said she doesn't want to do it at the moment and just post back when she is ready to do it again.

Same here I don't want to have a go and bad mouth her,I paid for a turbo blanket last month on the 8th and not had a Single reply but I've already sent a few emails and don't want to pester her because of the unfortunate situation and I know she will reply to me soon enough and have a good reason

Someone must surely have a way of contacting her?
I'm down 2 turbos that I sent from Harvey and can't even find out if they're still there to collect them back. I can't help but think that something must be very wrong with Dawn if she's not replying though. Which makes me feel worse for complaining.

Strange that she's stopped contact with you guys with still unfinished deals going on....still I think it is totally unfair on you lot and even if there's a genuine reason/s behind this more should of been done to let you lot know what's going on.Surely a friend or family could log on with some info

@scoobydoo69 I don't know nothing about your deal but if she had sent out a turbo for you to try (without you paying) I am sure she or someone will be chasing you up for payment by now and probably with courts involved

No deal as such. I sent 1 x VF35 and 1 x VF30 for some porting etc. Harvey acknowledged that he had them. But then unfortunately fell ill and died. Morally, you can't chase someone who has lost their partner. Especially if they may not even know about everything said partner had going on!

Hi like I said I don't know nothing about your deal and that was just an example I was giving out and not real life lol..Right I understand now unfortunately I doubt she knows about every deal being done.But its nice to get a response then you know exactly whats going on without having to wait.Hope every one gets sorted soon

I have also contacted Darren but fealt it's not right pestering him about dawns sales,he did say he will speak to dawn over the weekend but I have not heard anything since 8th may, dawn should atleast reply to emails or to this thread so we know where we stand!

Dawn did at one point offer for me to come and have a look through to find my parts. Unfortunately I have not heard back from her again since then. I do hope she is ok.

I called in to see Darren & I explained the situation
In fairness he has taken some flak with regards to items being sold / bought / exchanged etc etc , over the phone .
Ultimately these transactions have nothing to do with Darren or his business , he has of ( good will ) tried to resolve some issues .
On non item specifics
Harvey used many different company's for different items of fabrication or machining
So ultimately if items have been sent or shipped to various company's parts may never be found or returned ( another can of worms) it's easy to say I haven't got it !!
when there is no one to dispute ....
As for items sent & posted
Only Dawn can confirm what has transpired as you well know
I am sure she is aware & doin her utmost to honour sales
& keep her late husbands name as 1 to be remembered amongst the subaru community .
So I hope it all works out guys
