No offense SBT, this is a forum for cars namely a sh1tty one at that, woulden't you be better off asking on a Health Food forum (if there is such a thing?) or at least asking some kind of dietician?
Yakult is a drink to help with the digestive system.
What do you mean, 'help', is there any actual evidence it is beneficial to us, or is it just marketing spin to keep us buying our 'daily' yoghurt drinks?

ReallyReallyGoodMeat It's supposed to help, but you just end up digesting all the crap from other food easier.I think what happens is all the good bacteria is stripped away from your stomach ( should build up not strip away ) and replaced with their bacteria.Don't be fooled by it all as it's all cheap ****.99% of food and drink today is all cheap sh!te.If they want to fix the obesity epidemic it can be done quite easily if they f***ing tried hard enough.

Sometimes the customer isn't always right ok, and people take advantage of that and people manipulate things to suit them.Bunch of bullsh!tters in my eyes.
There was a documentary a few years ago where they created a 'new' yogurt aimed at the children's market. They were keen to demonstrate how they could use marketing to create the illusion that it was a new healthy product. Was an interesting programme, can't remember who did it though?
P.s. bit like sunny D, which appeared from nowhere and almost overnight became one of the biggest sellers in the market

I have more important things going on in my life at the moment, to think about than this kind of crap.I've made things important like this subject, instead of focusing on what is really important.I have basically tried to carry one big problem on my shoulders and i don't need to.

Unrelated but did Michael tell you we were in your neck of the woods on Sunday? Bit on a whim otherwise I'm sure we could've popped in to say hello.
Yeah he said. It's a shame it was short notice because it would've been nice to have a catch up. Just remember, if you're back up this way again, give us a shout, you're more than welcome to pop in for a cuppa.
