Anyone who wants to attend RallyDay on the ESOC club stand needs to send their payments to me by midnight Sunday.

That's this Sunday 30th June, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!
Thereafter you can still attend RallyDay by purchasing your own tickets and park in the visitors carpark.

Frayz can potential passengers pay on the day?

 

Yeah people can pay on the gate if they wish.

 

Anyone know what time we need to arrive for? I'm thinking jct 28 m25 Brook street shell garage meet. It's 2hrs 4mins from there according to the satnav.

 

Gates open to the public at 8am, event starts at 9am. Id suggest getting there between 7:30 and 8am

Agreed, top up the tank. And leave no later than 5! With no traffic I reckon we should get there about half 7/8

 

For Japfest in 2012 I left Romford at 5ish and was at Castle Combe about 7:15 with a stop for a wee (us old gits can't do too long without a leak) Glad we left early as it wasn't long before the massive queues built up outside the circuit!
