As PayPal gave me a partial refund, I paid some money for the goods. PayPal and d2racing haven't asked me to return anything, so I'm assuming that what I have (3 dead gauges & 1 working one) is now my property.

To assuage any accusations of impropriety if I decide to sell anything, I am detailing what I've just done.

I exchanged the working water temp gauge with my mate for an oil temp and boost gauge that were working but fairly beat up. I then used the dead gauges as donors for a re-shelling project

2 beat-to-**** but working gauges...


Stripping the 1st dead gauge down (turbo)...


Stripping down the working, beat-up turbo gauge...


Both gauges in bits...


Re-assembled, working innards with decent shell...


Sequence repeated on oil temp gauges...



So now I'm looking for an oil pressure gauge... beat up and cheap if possible
