Eid Mubarak SNers!!!!
I'd just rather they spent time teaching facts not religion.
I put no religious belief on his form so would like to think they weren't brain washing him with Christianity, Scientology or any other story.
I don't care what people get up to in their own homes if they want to believe what their parents told them its up to them. I don't think school is a place for religion, leave it to the parents, leave school for learning! Why confuse kids with all different stuff like this at 4 years old. I'm sure anyone can agree with that, religious or otherwise. Why don't they just leave it all away from school?
And, yes I did go to school and managed to resist the wonder of RE.. despite the best efforts of our kiddie fiddler RE teacher
Have fun!

Because the thread started off as a simple greeting and then some Lund comes along and starts the whole atheistic traditional bile.
Hence why
A bit like that miserable git everyone knows who never attends birthday parties because he thinks there's no point and so on so forth. The traditional killjoy.

Also the guy is an agnostic so is confused anyway
KASR3STI - it does by matter how much of a **** someone is behaving towards you. One should never stoop to their levels and mock their religion as you are offending a lot more than one person plus as Muslims we should respect their beliefs.

Because this is SN and that is what happens here.
I could delete some comments, only for the same/similar to be on this thread tomorrow.
I don't like to try to stop people discussing topics, I would just ask them not to do it on this thread, just let it be a one to wish people well please.

feel sorry for your neighbours putting up with the stink.
My 4 yr old son came back from school Friday with a card he'd coloured in. On the front was a symbol with 'Happy Eid' Printed on there.
Thought that was very strange. Never heard of it myself.
Is this the norm? Do schools these days just try and be PC and cover every single religous base?

I see nothing against it though.

Nevertheless no need to go to the dead. Not nice
Really believe a troll like that? Even if he is claiming to be agnostic or what ever suits him today, it doesnt justify his bs.
As for your FFS, you on your period or something?

As for the dead, I doubt very much he would be respectful to any muslim dead.

Suresh might be a Lund but there is no need to follow suit.

As for being agnostic there is no real argument about it. It's just a fancy term stating they are confused. Proper confused
Worse than that too.
You need to calm down a little, you are always flying off the handle.
Look at how Shaid, Banny, Einstein etc behave, they do themselves and people of their 'background' a credit by the intelligent way they respond to others.
) and agree with your comments. BugSTi seems to have a chip on his shoulder regards religion and looks for any opportunity to spout against us westeners supposedly hating all "his" kind. Almost in a positive discrimination kind of way?

I've never been made more welcome and backgrounds didn't come into it at all - even when my son was terrorising (pardon the misplaced pun) his living room with toys
Does it matter he's muslim? Not really, just a jolly nice chap (Banny too) who made me/my family most welcome in his home.
P.S. I was slightly embarrassed when Maz mentioned about this celebration and I actually had no real idea about it. BUT he was more than happy to explain as I showed a keen interest in learning (I'm atheist by the way).

Exactly. I was at Maz's (Einstein) house on Saturday having a good old natter about religion amongst all sorts of topics. Even met his dear mother and tried understanding the lingo. Maz and Banny made me feel most welcome and I even scrounged some shish (sp) and rice for my dinner too

I just want to say 'Hi' to him
Very good.Me, no I'm not Asian. I'm 1/2 English, 1/4 Maltese and 1/4 Scottish for my sins so real mixed up
Ask Maz, I'm a white bald meathead looking dude

It was great to catch up on Saturday and lovely to see Isaac again. I think Nat deserves a medal just keeping up with him!

Secondly, on the subject of education, "agnostic" is from the ancient greek and for you and your thicko mates it means that I don't know. Nothing confused about that at all, I really don't know if there is a god or not and I don't have any proof either way). Obviously you do and maybe you'd like to shar eit with us? Fortunately I had the luxury of not being brainwashed by my parents one way or the other.
To close, I'm disappointed at the continued [collective] rudeness and aggression of the muslims here. Disappointed, but not surprised in any shape or form. Measured response and calmness are alien concepts it seems. They don't call it the 'RoP' for nothing afterall!
