Teins' turned out to be a little bouncey and a Set of P1 Eibachs tried in the meantime put the ride height back up too much for me, so ordered these from The Land of The Rising Sun :

Their going to clash terribly with my Orange ARB though !!!!

Bored of the colour 'Green' so fitted something 'Pink'
Ride Height is now approx. 5-7mm higher on the STi Pinks compared to the Teins despite being a shorter spring.
Therefore, this proves that the Spring Rates of the STI Pink are higher then the Tein's.

Compared to the P1 Springs tried previously they sit approx. 10mm lower.

Used the GoPro for a bit of a comparison.
Footage is the same stretch of road, taken at approx. the same level of attack.

Of particular interest in the Tein's reaction to the drain cover.
It has an initial compression and further bounce then hits the drain cover.

The STi hits the initial compression, doesn't give a second bounce and then takes the drain cover a lot smoother.

Took the car out for the 1st 'extended' drive on the STi Pink springs to get more of a feel then the industrial estate blast last week.
Still pleased with the results. Around town it's a bit more jiggly but on a run if feels great, with turn-in much improved and much reduced bounce from the rear.

Took a few piccies when we got back to show how it sits.

Cheers for the comments guys.
Popped the bonnet vents out at the weekend to give the plastic mesh a good clean and also get all the dirt/polish residue out from the bonnet lip.
Quite liked this view, so took a quick snap.

Refreshed the underseal.
The hammerite underseal is better then the tetrosyl version for applying by brush.
Then several coats of silver smoothrite.

It's a shame with the Jap imports to stick gloopy underseal up in the arches, but it's gotta be done to preserve them really.

Looks fantastic Scott... Cars getting better every time I see new pictures posted.

There's some great rust treatment products available plus stone chips and paints around these days for the arches, part of the trick is keeping them clean afterwards and that sticky muck that's sprayed on them does not help to do that at all.

I admit I may have gone a little extreme

Prodrive WR spoiler mate.
I don't think you can get them anymore as originals or copies.
Mine is the latter from a group by on here in around 2003.

You need to knock yourself up some hardwood (oak) jacking blocks.
I have one with a groove cut in it that hooks over the seam by the jacking point. Then whack the trolley jack into that rather then the car.

Oak now that's interesting material to use, I've done the exact thing your talking about with an ally block with rubber glued on the lifting face.

Stupid question time! It looks great but do you loose the airbag as a result?

Nope, just re-wire it. Just 2 wires to cut and re-join (with battery off). But you do need the harness that goes to the slip ring, or at least the small connector and 2 wires that come out of the back of the airbag module.

You might be able to use the Newage slip ring and all the wires, but I was in a rush to get it on, and will double check over Christmas, as that would be a better way to do it.
