Yes I know but in some areas there is a small amount of glue to push back together which might get air into lense, hence cause condensation as it did with mine until I layered with line of more glue to one of my lenses, should be enough glue but depends how much you loose when dismantling
Was just an extra caution to people as it can be a fidley job.

i had to reseal one of mine too the first time i did it too.

Lol the first time you do it can be daunting but when you've done it once and are good with your hands it can be quiet easy, just a scary thought I suppose, anyone up north? I can do if you trust me
