Actually seen Scott a few weeks ago. Never spoke to him, but had i known he was still at this game, i would have made my feelings clear.

He shows himself as a quiet timid big guy, but i'm unsure who he really is now...

 

Just to update.

You'd never guess.

I received a package in the post this morning. The gasket I ordered on the 11th.

Weird.

 

WOW...if you see him again, could you please tell him to send me my parts or refund?
He owes me a 2.2 Cosworth Stroker kit and an Apexi FC (about 3.2grand of goods) which I paid for in 2009 and am still waiting for.........

 

My friend I don't know how to put this,but you got more chance in flushing a £5 note down the toilet and seeing it again then getting the parts that you ordered from this thief.

He actually sent some stuff in July 2012 (which had been ordered and paid for in November 2009)..........
Still owes me lots but every once in a while he does answer......

Your lucky man mate do some lines on the lottery...I have only had one run in with him and that was about five years ago and had to threaten him with court but I was lucky as I paid with a credit card and made them aware of this cuxt and they took it up and within a week I got my refund.

 

Unfortunately I sent a wire draft over in November of 2009.......
So we're almost at 5years.....

In any case, if anybody happens to go visit him, I will gladly give them a reward in $$$$ if they can either get me my money back (which I've had to re-spend now to re-do my car) or beat him a bit ;-)

Basically, I've more or less written off a loss of 3.5grand.......which could be total profit and shared if anybody can get it back for me ;-)

 

november 2009 to now is 3 years not almost 5

and to be fair 3.5 grand and done not much about it in 3 years seems stupid to me.

 

Difficult for me to do much more...i'm in italy...

If it was me in your shoes i had sold the dept to people that Will collect ,
You Will have No problem getting half of the money that Way
And you just get your money and dont have to tink about how the persons will collect the money from Scott

Oh but I did.......
Got sparse deliveries over the 3 years......last one in July of 2012.....
But since it was a big order (7 grand worth of goods), got all the little bits but never the big value things (Stroker kit and Apexi)......

Basically I accumulated parts in the basement over 3 years but couldn't start the project because my intention was to re-do the engine......

to make a long story short.....my motor finally died a couple of months ago so was oblidged to do something....so I am re-spending for what I didn't receive from Scotty!!!

got an email from him just a little while ago :
But since then.....no replies and most of all...no refund....

 

Got any names in mind? ...........need to find somebody in the Glasgow area....
