They were on holiday. Are they not entitled to any privacy now?
Some media companies need to get a sense of morality.
I hope they nail both the photogrpaher and the press that printed the pics, to the wall.

Of course she's entitled to privacy but she's not going to get it so she might as well lump it.

And don't mention freedom of the press being important as with that comes responsibility, they have demonstrated they are not capable of that so they need to be controlled in the future.
Will never happen though as paradoxially they are too powerful for it too happen!

i think the fact that we have seen the future Queen of Englands t1ts just goes to show what a modern forward thinking country we are nowadays

I think this is bloody disgraceful
They should find the dirtbag who took these shots and make sure he never sells another photo in this country.
They should also prevent the rags that published the pictures from having any access to the royals, maybe even give big exclusives to their rivals
This really has annoyed me, why can't the leave them alone, surely they deserve a bit of privacy?

Taking a long shot like that in a sneaky manner and then flogging the pictures is shameful behaviour and is beyond any form of code of common decency.

Yes well it shouldn't do. But when you have spineless governments who are too afraid of the press to not pass laws restricting their operations this is what will happen. Not that it stops them wasting millions on things like the Leveson Enquiry... paying lip service and all that

If she is in a public place than fair enough, take as many pics as they like.
But this was on holiday. Everybody is entitled to a break.
She has already lost too much weight in my opinion and I wouldn't be surprised if she has started to develop an eating disorder.
If this continues to happen and nothing is done, the pressure will build and the marriage will either fail, or something worse will happen to her, as it did to Diana. Oddly enough, also in France.
All those people on here requesting to see the pics are just adding to the problem.
If it was Katie Price or some other stupid tart who makes money from selling photos of their ****, fair enough. But this about a young couple having their privacy violated by a peeping tom.

But at the end of the day, she is very high profile and isn't going to get it in reality.
But she could have had measures taken to prevent rogue photographers taking her picture, especially since she intended in getting her ***** out in the first place.

As I said, there is a line and he crossed it big time.
His attitude when I heard him on the radio over the weekend was truely disgusting.
Basically, he will print what he likes because nothing is secret and that the public should know everything.
He is a truely vile person. Scum of the earth, a blood sucking leech.
I hope he does time for this.
