Spot-on mate, the catch can was cheap so I'm not convinced it's baffled; I'll put some wire wool inside to catch most of the oil and what's left as vapours with go out of the vent. It also means it won't creat an over-pressure

Thankyou Jon ill order one of those too. The can I got is baffled assume I'd still need a filter on top too?

Yes mate - even my old Mk1 fiesta had a filter on the breather when I fitted a K&N

Slow mate, but yes. I need to give Ryan a bell and see how my paint work is coming along. About to order some parallel fuel rails and make up all of the hoses

Spent the day at fleetwood @ Scoobyspares where Scott n Neil did a great job on my intercooler pipe work and set my bumper right aswell so big massive thanks you guys you work very hard on my car to get it perfect as you know Im a fussy get

Also massive thanks to Aztec and Andy (S555 MKR) who were both on the phone today answering my questions and sending me pics to sit the pipe work correct

Over all very happy just a few niggly things to sort and catch can to fit then will probs look into this 2.5 with Alyn

Pics today






Aps caik off and hdi pipe work through filter now, this is how it looks now

Good luck Martin, looking forward to seeing the results.

Very similar spec to my previous blob, apart from you have a FMIC and I had a HS (RIP) TD05 18g / AVCS heads. That car did 345bhp but was mapped by Race Dynamics (was a little disappointed in power). I would expect Andy to get similar out of your spec all being well bud

Mine is going for the bits fitted on Tuesday and we are trying to get Andy do mine at the same time or the day after

Roy have a look at this pic you can see where the aps pipe goes under the ic pipe into the 1st hole in the wing



This is how it changed now with the ic pipe going into the 1st hole and air pipe running straight
