yes its simple as frayz said, grill and lights out and you will see the clips and pull arch liner out and you will see the others.
I can change a bug bumper in ten minutes now thanks to emmas driving technique.
it really is a simple job, if you do a search on the net im sure there will be a guide somewhere.

Ok so went about taking everything apart then the rain came managed to get everything back together in time though. Ha the grill the lights out, took the bumper clips off and moved both arch liners back am I right in thinking there's one clip to take off behind the bumper on the wing side? Also I think ill need to take the fog lights and there brackets off too anyone shed any light on this for me before I snap something
Going to have another go at this after work tomorrow

Ok so the prodrive bumpers gone on now didt realise the PRODRIVE decal has been put on then lacquered over will have to wait and have the bumper re painted taking that off.
Fits very nice and to be fair it's in great condition aswell. Next job is to re place the pink badge with an oe badge. I took the hta splitter off too to give it more of a fresh look.
Bonnet number plate vinyls going on tomorrow too until I decide how I'm going to for the front plate

Think I'm sticking with the jdm 1 piece Frayz. Just need to change the badge to oe. What's you thoughts on engines Frayz? Shall I drop in a sti8 motor or go forged/stroker? Not clued up on engines but I know I can't reach my target of 450hp without a change in engine

Depends what you want mate. If she's just a road car and of 450 power level id say 2.5.
An STI transplant could be good but you would need additional wiring and ecu for the avcs. However you may do all that and still not know the history of the motor.
Are you on a 6 speed now?
Are you planning to swap to a standalone ecu?
What are your targets?

Good shout mate, ill have a black one made up to go over the white until I get it sorted
Want to get to 450 mate, have the chance to get a sti8 engine, 750 injectors, md321t billet, fmic, change ecu to Sti to run the avcs all for 3-3.5k mapped too.

Don't want to go spending thousands though John, want to up the power a little at a time but unsure on all the stroker kits etc etc

If you're looking at stroker kits they'll set you back a couple grand plus the build costs, a decent 2.5 will be a similar figure but better for low down torque - twin scroll was just an idea but in reality not much different in price to a single scroll if you buy the right base engine

Hi Martin
Personally I would go with 2.1L,its awesome engine if its build right, yes cost can be the issue if you are comparing to the used STI8 engine, but do you know how has been treated etc.
With MD321T 2.1L is great choice and can only recommend,we have run 2.1L and must admit we are loved 2.1

Out of the box I too would be worried about a 2.5, but if you going to do it properly you can sort out the weak links in the build and the engine will be strong enough for more than what you want. If you're going down the stroker route anyway it makes sense - it is certainly the way I would go
