Thats good to know about the wide band, I think you can see where i am comming from, In my old GTR using the Defi system I had alrms set everywhere, ok the digital screen looks good, but for me I am interested in alarms mostly and this system offers this.
Low Oil pressure, Fuel pressure differential, overboost,AFR,Knock
The rest and nice to have is oil up to temp ect.
To be honest when you combine this system with the new FW on the ECU it all makes sense for a complete package that will save youre engine it the paramatars used to map youre engine suddenly change.

So to monitor AFR, I would need and amp, then feed directly into the toucan ?

I will be using the LC1 Wideband, connection to the ECU will ve via the Serial input, hope this will give good results. Looking forward to getting the Toucan and Alcatek up and running.

The Alcatek doesn't use the Serial output from the LC1, it uses the digital protocol and works very very well.
