Strange that Ty, I've been working all round Brecon today and have been up on the a470 at dinner time, and didn't see one. Did see quite a few super cars around , what the **** they were I don't know but they looked the bizz!
Anyhow back on topic, I shall be there hopefully in time to bang a sosej' and egg mcmuffin down me!
C yall int 't mornin'
P.s please don't take much notice of my car cos its buzzing and haven't had a minute to clean it! Hiding at the back it is for me!

Spotted a lot of supercars myself yesterday, they must be on an all weekender. Ferrari, lambo, drop top R8, panamera and quite a few others all together. If you see them give them a run for their money. I will keep an eye out for you lot myself as I am on my way back down tomorrow. Ty, if you get your *** handed to you by a Polo you know who it is
I'm still ok, but we need to avoid the Brecon area at all costs as the rozzers are out in force there at the moment as I found out today.
I've never seen so many of them they were everywhere in cars, on bikes and hidden away, I think that they are having a big purge on power rangers but like I said they were everywhere.

Many thanks to all those who attended today, Az sorry that your mates Civic Type R developed a slipping clutch and hopefully it'll be a quick and easy repair.
It was a good day despite the rain which was practically horizontal at times.
On a negative note this run had the highest dropout rate I've ever known, I received one PM notifying me that they couldn't attend and given that Ian's car was in pieces I didn't think he'd be there.
It is really disheartening to see so few cars turn up despite people posting to say they'd attend, also another thing worth contemplating on is that the SWS / local members were in the minority and that's a first as far as I am concerned. It's also worth thinking about one Impreza owner who drove down from Worcester and a Clio owner who drove down this morning from London.
Again many thanks to those who attended despite the weather, and nice to see Lee who unfortunately was on a short leash to say but made the effort to come to the 'off'.

Was a good day, shame we lost you guys early on after we left Homebase.
Shat myself when the sheep ran out on me, chap in the Scooby who had to leave for work following me at the time.
None the less we had a good drive around the Eland Vally (is that how you spell it?) all up by the dam and then down through some old ruins.
Just made it back home to London, long day and my backside isn't thanking me for having bucket seats!

Good day today guys, was good to meet plenty of new faces and have a good blast!
Fair play to all that travelled so far to make it, as Ty has already said, Kelly travelling from the Midlands and all the boys that came up from London
. Weather was a bit of a ****, wouldve been nice to really push on in places (over the range for one) but road conditions and vision was that poor it wasnt safe to do so.
Don't quite understand what happened when we left homebase in Brecon, havving looked in my rear view mirror and seeing evereyone in a row (or so i thought) behind me, we headed off on the next stint of road, it wasnt until we got to Upper Chapel and i stopped to let everyone catch-up and re-group that i realised Az etc hadnt made it, the message i got later from Mark (megane F1 i think it was) that he thought you had headed back to Merthyr due to the Civics clutch problems. Its a shame we didnt have a contact number for you to sort out what was happening.
Gibzy, think Iggy may have some in car footage, and although i didnt take bog all pics i think quite a few others did, hopefully they'll be up soon.
Myself, Kelly (stonefish) and Iggy had a nice blast back from Ystradgynlais back to Defynnog, and on the Bypass home where we had some yuppie in a range rover sport who though he had a Ferrari engine under the bonnet,
needless to say he soon git into his place in the slow lane. Weird thing was the road back to bwlch was pretty much dry as a bone.
Cheers to Ty for organising, even if you were in sensible mode (please dont bite im joking here) at the back most of the day!
Is a shame we didnt have many locals attend, everyone has so much on i suppose its difficult to do so, havving said that i really shouldn't have been there myself (purchase of new house, work etc) but your only here once and its been a good while since the last one so it had to be done, the olde girl didnt miss a beat in fairness, was impressed with the Falkens i had fitted on Friday, understeering as you would expect with the road conditions but they really held well, better than the toyos i have been running for the last few years i would say.
Again nice to see everyone, see you all soon.
Rob
Forgot to say was good to catch up with Dylan and Gez in the 200 on the blacks, like a pair of Coal Miners with a mountain road fetish up and down there!

Good to meet everyone today.
Thanks for a fantastic morning, and warm welcome on my first meet,
Good to see that -J- managed to miss the sheep that ran across the road.
Glad all got back home safe too,
Thanks again and I look forward to the next run,
Terry

USo gutted we managed to loose you guys so early in the day, yet again I managed to attract another super slow member of the public when leaving homebase, I was just about to pull out of the car park when someone pulled straight out in front of me in an old pick up truck, he managed a top speed of about 10mph to the round about and there were cars coming into homebase so I couldn't get past him, and by that point everyone had left the round about and were on full chat so I had no idea what exit you took off the roundabout
As sean said though, thanks do much for everyone that showed concern and support to Sean when his clutch died, you were all great and we appreciate everyone holding back and helping out
Like -j- said, we did get back on track and follow the route that Ty posted on here in the first post to the thread but we must of been so far behind that we never caught up unfortunately, but we did find some pretty epic roads ourself so we were happy in the end.
I think it's about time I actually took some numbers from you guys (Ty, Rob?) as soon as its been 4 years and I haven't even thought to ask (rolleyes) so this won't happen again next year or when ever we're back over!
So yet again big thanks to Ty and Rob for the organising of another run, we appreciate it as its normally me that pm's Ty to say we are planning on heading over on such and such weekend and Ty gets the ball rolling!

Some wicked photos there by the way, so gutted we wasn't with you guys! Oh well, there's always next year to make it 5th year on the trot for us!
It's hard to get bored of the roads and scenery you guys have over there.
