Had another text from it this morning from the O7 number still telling me it is 50 miles away. Maybe someone took my tracker out! It does correspond to close to where it was last serviced.

Looks like their system is screwed. Just texted the UK number and it tells me the car hasn't moved from its position 50 miles away but is doing 621mph.
But the ignition is now ON and battery voltage confirms engine is running. The wife is currently in it on the motorway so the GPS is screwed.
Its going on the list for service in a couple of weeks!

I spoke to them yesterday after it took 12 hours for a SAT.STATUS response, was told I should only use the +39 number & not the UK number... told delays were either due to visibility of the car, the mobile network and usual SMS delays or any combination of those factors... not convinced, but as my car's back at the dealers I suppose it could have been out of sight in the workshop.

I've just texted the 07 number... not had response yet.
the email I sent Tom was 'read' this morning.. but I've had no reply yet.

Mine is still telling me the car is 50 miles away. I have now managed to pay my subs. Interestingly it's not taken any credit off yet for last 4 texts. I am going to take it in to dealer to trouble shoot GPS.

Tried mine three times on Italy number no reply
Tried mine three times on in 3 diiferent locations IUK number got this reply in a minute.

got this reply in about 5-10 minutes later
The unit has not responded within the expected timescale.

It also seems to be functioning properly again but still nothing from +39 number. I wonder if someone did a reboot at Metasat.

should you get a TEXT if the car battery gets too low?
I went to my car last Friday.. after not being in it since the Monday before Christmas (a total of 4 days) and car battery almost flat, wouldn't start. I never had a text to say it was getting low

phoned today and the reply was that they are not aware of any issues with sms replies from sat.status,sat.on etc so please ring and complain. They are aware of the payment problem which im sure will get greater priority than this long outstanding issue.

I've done a Sat.status and got two text's back within a few mins. Text sent to Italian number too.

sat.status not working for me either - was working at the beginning of this month.
Plus the car text me on Saturday morning after the wind set the alarm off.

Well I've had no security for how long. They insinuated unit fault. Did they not bother to tell me. Do they run the same system on veyrons???? If they do I'm having me a couple.
