Get coilovers 1st Craig the car sits too high on 18's without lowering. Did you get 6's or 7's on the plugs?

Martin

Ps xxr527 well recommended haha

I recently had 7's put in think they would be better on modded cars. Get yourself some bc coilovers imo very good for the money and there's deals on them occasionally.
Re your brakes I did the same swap and got my discs n pads from Ian at Godspeed then bought brembos. The price of them are certainly dropping aswell so should be able to pick up a mint set.

Re coil overs mate I'd recommend Racing Logics from Tegiwa / Scoobyclinic over BC's any day.
I've run both on my cars and the BC's are just too cheap and crashy in comparison on a supposedly better spring rate.

Now I'll await 10 people to tell me BC's are awesome 'because they run them and haven't had a problem', but I've run both sets so just saying, I think BC's are now overpriced for what they are and the build quality is lower.

All IMHO of course. Many are bound to disagree - I encounter it frequently!

Just read through this entire thread bud.

Wicked car, I know I saw you at Halfords that once but didn't have time to have a proper look.

I'm modifying my car at the moment, I haven't started a project thread but I'm sure I will eventually.

I've fitted my front and rear Ultra Racing Strut braces last night in the snow. They make such a difference. I'm waiting for this snow to go before I fit my Tein SS and 18" BBS LM alloys.

The rear brace is a bit awkward , back seat and shelf need to come out , but still only a 30 min job.

I was going to say in the wagon it was a piece of cake, and I would highly recommend it along with the front strut brace. The improvement is amazing, however the handling in the wagon was never going to be good without support.

Where did you get your bonnet scoop pained Craig? I needs the STI upper and lower spoilers painted on mine.

Nice looking car mate, after going from a pretty well modded bug wrx to a pretty much standard hawk sti I'd say the avcs heads are worth the hassle they make a noticible difference.

not to bad to maintain mate but they get dusty very fast i usually use the brush attachment on the vaccuum to clean it but i know sum people use duck tape and go over the dash with it good luck mate

Looking great mate!!! I need to do some updates soon. Have some BC coilovers going on at the end of the month and another couple of small changes.
Likewise, would love to have funds for BIG plans, but as things are, slow and steady is the way. Keep up the good work though fella!!!
