42000 yen was about £360 and £90 when it got to uk for vat and delivery.
got to say though japanparts are a quick service and provide good tracking info
i guess the same would go for the console as this is an s204 specific part and thats not a uk model either.
vents are going for 300 plus second hand, i paid a little extra but i know colour is correct and all brackets nuts and seals are included.
How are you getting on with your new age there ?
Cheaper way is to remove and paint, I wonder how much the eom uk silver parts are from a uk stealer ? I'm not sure if you have seen one of these in the flesh but the jap ones are not just paint its a very light rubber coating.

Hi guys , yes the website is work in progress and some of the parts for the Scoobies are wrapped OEM parts and done on as a customer request type order
Small update from me, stage one shall I call it complete and that is to remove the pocket and clean up and fit the data monitor.

That takes me to this....

Next step is changing the head unit, I have an Alpine to go in but need to get the ISO block first plus I need to order the red hazard switch in prep for the colour change. I have one been lucky to find one of the dash panels which I will be able to sand and paint myself to make sure I am happy with the finish I can achieve then I'll strip the other two out of the car and do the same. First step is finding which paint I need and getting that ordered as well.

I'm going to keep a hold of the pocket Ty as in the future I have something to drop back in as and when to release the monitor once more.
I picked up a connector earlier for the Alpine unit but after looking at spaghetti junction behind the Kenwood I'll have to wait until a mate of mine Clive is free to fit it, I'm not colour blind but my god I just as well be because I can't see for see for looking when it comes to wiring up.
