What sort of insurance premium are you paying for 500bhp+? I'm guessing you would be over 30 years old to get insured on that. Just asking as I will be looking for a P1 as soon as I sell my Fiesta ZS, and wondered how bhp affects insurance.

A good standard P1 would be around the 8-9k mark i would say, which has been well looked after. Im trying to find 1 at the moment and have been looking for the last 3 months with no joy, all the cars ive looked at have been old sheds. Good 1s are hard to find at the moment.
