My bank account is dry till Thursday so I didn't have a flutter. RvP hattrick would've paid for some new carts/stylii for my 1210s

You're right - he should have scored a 4th, and United should have had a 5th also.

Anyway, great season and welcome home to the premiership and to title number 20

Ha Ha great photoshop

The Ronaldo rumour has popped up again, here's hoping, a couple of weeks back Nike were supposed to be backing the signing and would stump up some cash, anything to get him out of an adidas kit and he would allegedly take a pay cut to come back as well as Urban metioning he tweeted he was looking forward to going back to United before deleting it.
It all sounds great but probably all bo11ocks

So I told SAF, Rooney to centre mid, Lewandowski, Baines and Ronaldo in, he just smiled.....

More likely Ronnie's off to PSG with Mourinho - they can afford £350k + a week.

Oh well , we'll just have to look for an obvious replacement for Giggsy, our speedy left footed welsh winger elsewhere... hang on, I've just had an idea

If Ronnie does go back to United, tell him to be careful driving near the airport.

Also, is Moysie going to United? He's not renewed his Everton contract yet.

I'd love to see Bale come to United but I doubt it will happen. Moyes isn't a bad replacement.

Mourinho and Ronaldo ? You never know.......
The one prediction I didn't want to get right

Right now I think they may go for a couple of seasons with Mourinho, as has always been said it would be a massive job for anyone to come in after Fergie.
Mourinho could cope, but long term I think they want a manager who will do a 10-15 stretch with Moyes coming in when Mourinho goes after a couple of seasons unless they think Moyes could handle it straight away ?.

Either way it will only be one of those two and kind of dents any chance of getting Ronaldo back as Fergie was the draw for him.

Plenty of fans celebrating his retirement no doubt, some of the posts on Tony's thread are just laughable.

Thanks Fergie, it's been a great ride

As a Liverpool supporter I don't mind saying that I have to admire his achievements as a manager.

Nearly as good as Shanks

No thank you to Moyes, don't get me wrong he's a good manager but when has the Everton team looked like winning anything with him, 7th place isn't winning.

Personally I think Moyes has done very well with the pocket money they've given him over the years, he also comes across as a no nonsense character not unlike Fergie.

United need continuity, It would be nice if we did have the continuity just as Lfc had for 2 decades with the boot room.

There is no way SAF or United would allow all of his hard work over the years and what he has put in place for his successor to be broken up and sold off.

It will be interesting that's for sure. I have nearly forgotten what it's like getting a new manager in

I don't think Jose would be happy with having Fergie watching his every move, which he will be to begin with at least, too big of an ego for that. Moyes is more of a puppet so would fall in line better. I hear Rafa is going to be free too

I won't miss him one iota, but it'll certainly be strange not having his sour face around. A new era
