I quite near 7 months back, then started about 3 months back - but only 2 a day down from 15 a day!

though i never bought a pack, as i took a roll up from a guy at work..i only smoked at work, and thought this was ok, but seemed i was not craving for it...

so I stopped again..this is my 4th week. decided i did not like the smell!

To be honest i don't, think much about smoking any-more.

Its not too difficult once you get your head around it..certain circumstances make you wana smoke..like when you eat, or when your happy, when your driving...etc

You give your self enough reasons to stop and you will.


You have more to gain from not smoking then from smoking.

 

I was not able to smoke during a stay in hospital and when I got home I managed to keep off it with the help of Maltesers would you believe?

I had been a heavy smoker for a good many years so it was very hard to do of course.

The only answer is steely eyed will power and never ever be tempted to have another ciggie just to keep yourself "going".

I was truly amazed at the amount of money that I saved too. Was able to buy a much better car soon after.
