Paulo, think you've hit the nail on the head, they are a drug, I don't think I'll be far off £10k on my type r if not more I don't really want to add it up 
I need a minimum of FMIC turbo fuel reg and a 6 speed, after that it'll be a forged bottom end. 
ohhh and I want it resprayed BUT I don't intend to sell this one...... Famous last words I know....
