Well the sky is the limit really fella,I have spend well in excess of 10K without buying the car and some on here are beyond 20K

I payed a fair amount for my car and will carry on spending to get in upto my planned spec;)

2dr, 4dr? Year? WRX or STI?
What condition are the arches in? Is it an Ebay forged engine or a real forged engine?
Many questions to be answered before you can get a clear answer lol...

it should be how much cash are you willing to spend, having seen a lot of cars in the flesh at meets there are some real nice cars out there.

Sorry for this but I am not that good at spelling so it makes it hard sume times to put what I am trying to say dowen mates but I am getting beter at it and I hope this good now

400 in a classic with suspension/brakes to match and good looks will set you back at LEAST 10k if your starting with a standard car

and then add on all the other mods that people want, i.e. spoilers, bodywork tidying up.

I bought a standard classic about 18 months ago and I imagine it now stands me at over £10k :rolleyes: I daren't add it up :lol1:

Reliable 400bhp classic which looks good, handles well and stops even better...

Very far from finished! It needs wheels (I'm on 16"s), front brakes (I'm on 4 pots), coilovers, poly bushed rear, front anti rollbar, 2.3 short motor, bigger turbo etc etc and I'm already at 420bhp at 1.6 bar and looking for 450 at 1.8! It's non stop :rolleyes: That's what I like about my M3, it's pretty much standard and I don't feel the need to keep modifying it :lol1: Granted it's not that quick :D
