as i said last night simon i see you have authorsied a refund but i wont get it for nearly another week yet !!!! surely you agree this aint fair at all . What you should have done was clerared your balance , then paid me off wich means double ...then i wold cancel the claim which is the reason you are in the red at the moment , you will then have the money sitting there which you paid in and everyone is happy . I really dont wanna wait nearly a MONTH now for my refund , would you ?????

I agree with you there on the month waiting but was insure how to resolve a claim hence why I done it that way but you will get your money I ain't into ripping people off either mate and would rather have done it this way as if you cancelled the claim you could then say I would not pay it back but I definately would. All I can ask is if you give it a few more days as the money is on its way to you. Am sorry for the problems etc this has caused.

Hi folks.

hate having to do this but needs must,

my mate bought gauges from GEORDIESI on scoobynet

https://www.scoobynet.com/subaru-part...r-new-age.html

he has since refused to answer any emails or pm's on the forums, and my mates is still over £200+ out of pocket.

i was guided here from members on scoobynet and have also left the same message on NESF as i know he was on both forums.!!!

im not looking for cheeky comments or any arguments,
if anyone on here is friends with him either get him to return the money via paypal or pm me his contact details.

im just doing what you would do for a mate if he was conned!!!!!.

cheers Tom

Also would like to point out he was not conned as they were sent out but did not put full address on the items which was my fault so they were returned to myself and also I don't appreciate your mate making threats towards me on scoobynet.

Seems to me the 'seller'' was needing £200 sharpish for whatever reason, sold some gauges he didnt have, now hes having to scrape together a refund as he's been caught out.

If you really have the items, post pics up

Maybe because he hasn't been online since you said it was completed?
