Forget hiding in a hedge,i'd just approach you and ask you outright.
Something like,Hi i really admire that body just gorgeous and oozes sex appeal
The bonnet scoop just reminds of a pair of hot ***** lips,and the spoiler reminds me of a guy getting his leg over,you not so bad either.If you have an extra sponge i could give you a hand,how about i start by giving your bonnet scoop a little soaping,just gently run my sponge over its curves until its nice and wet and squeaky clean.

Just watched the guy opposite wash his car using a bucket and watering can
Thing is were not in a hosepipe ban area
yet 5 miles down the road they are....
We have the honour of having two water suppliers one to do supply, one to do waste.
The waste company who also supplys,has a ban. ( but not applicable to us)
The supply company ironically dosent have a ban

Works a treat, though do make sure the hose length from butt to pressure washer is as short as possible as you loose a lot of pressure otherwise
I quite happily washed the car this sunday looking at all the cyclists and motorists driving past me going..'******* is using a hosepipe !! "
