Too late the tablets have now gone (and not by the person who they may have belonged to as they are still off sick, and the md hasnt been in either)

HMRC turned up today so I offered to go and meet them, to which I did to find out they had left but left a letter (PAYE debt with threat of seizing possesions etc) and a supplier came to our office 3 times too to get their stock back

22k order was placed today under oldco again with no intention of paying

we are still now NOT in administration because Dell have lodged a winding up petition which they shouldnt have been able to do and until they remove the petition the administrators cannot be brought in so we are in stalemate at the moment and still dont know about TUPE or not either

Its a fecking ridiculous situation to be in and I think come payday a week tomorrow I think I will be walking
