Guys big apologies in the delayed postage. 2 weeks ago my wife was taken into hospital seriously ill, turns out to be very serious i have just come home to sort a few things out and post out the things i havent sent yet, apologies again for the delay, but shes the only thing on my mind right now

i had my refund through paypal last week after being given a dodgy tracking number, i had hoped it was genuine but it wasnt so got my money back, my advice would be for everyone else to do the same.

no need to wait, if you were given a dodgy tracking like i was, phone paypal and they will close it there and then, and refund the money.

no tracking no. given only him or her stating they had problems and was posting that was 13th so with you given a dodgy tracking no. this confirms a possb scam

my advice would be to ring paypal to see what they are doing, rather than wait the 30 days.

I have escalated mine to a claim he has no intention posting these parts.
Just as important tho is the moderators of this BB and their lack of action. i have reported the post twice and they have done nothing - shocking!!!!!

Just to update any others who have not already done so but you need to escalate things to a claim with paypal. I did and hey presto a tracking number appears. Its a parcel2go tracking number which is obviously false.
I am just off the phone to paypal who have issued a refund and are now investigating him. I would encourage anyone who has been ripped off by this guy to contact paypal as they may well take legal proceedings against him if there are enough complaints.

well i have benn in touch with him and he says he has posted them out to me late posting due to an ilnesss with his wife he has posted in the general coloumn reasons why so now i am awaiting them again and update with paypal i missed my date for escalating the dispute so i may be out of pocket
