I'll try and find the paint code for you. I know where a yellow V3 type R shell is, I'll try and get over there.
It would of looked like this...

Just thought, if your car was already yellow then you will have the paint code.
The 4 door above looks like that yellow you see sports in.

Yes.....complete with badge and 555 seats....
Wrx sti type r version ...... It's understandable why they get refered to as 555 specials...
But it's clear what Subaru named the cars when you have the oe brochure in front of you.

I'm confused as to why you have misquoted my post.
I assume you have proof that only "some" of the cars have the rear roundel from the factory & have not been removed afterwards?

way to many different editions on these cars. I recently took possession of a gc8e4dd v ltd. No 432/555. Came from japan and arrived with the seats and gear **** removed and no stickers on it. The outlines of the stickers were still visible. Here's the question right. What seats are meant to be in it and where would i find them

That's a WRX Type RA STI version IV V-limited.
Think it would of had the normal red and grey STI seats. You'll probably find a pair in the for sale section or breaking section.

I figured as much. Thanks. Found a few sets on e-bay but damn they expensive not to mention they all the way in china. The way i see it there isn't a cheap way to get a set.
