The Godspeed kit was running a little too close to the wheels and when they got hot they were just catching. I knew the K Sport were a slimmer caliper as I have them on my Evo, I wanted to keep the original wheels so had to go 330mm and Apex said they had them in red so went for them.

I found with the Godspeed kit you could set the pedal pressure and the brakes would maintain the braking action, with the K Sport I find I have to keep pushing the pedal harder to maintian the same action.

The pistons on the K Sport are tiny compared to the 4 pots so can only think that is where the difference is.

Dont get me wrong the K Sport are not bad brakes but in my opinion the Godspeed kit is just better value for money.

wont the 356 ksport go under sti 17s? as im not too sure.
if uve got the brembos the 330 k sports wont make a diffrence. keep the brembos. to get a diffrence out of em you need to go 356 or up

update the 356 k sport will fit under SOME 17s but you need a good width rim (8.5" min) and low offset (et12 or less) and a well designed wheel in terms of brake clearance
or you could just go for a 2 piece disc and blue pads. that should make a good diffrence

yes they wont go under the subaru wheel cos not enough clearance, but a good after market rim should be ok with the sizes listed on above post

I think you would struggle to get the 356 kit under any 17" wheel to be honest.

Brembos? Forget it, dont rate the ones Subaru use at all.
