its not bad , just intermittent, must be at certain speed and temps to cause n effect
The kevlar pads are quite mild for a performance pad and are generally quiet , did you put any copper slip on the backs and edges of the pads , this should stop any noises you may get.

I find the DS2500's a much noisier pad than the kevlar's

Again I am sorry this happened , but we don't drill the holes in the one piece discs , all we do is grooved them , unfortunately this problem came from the factory , and its not something we have ever had to check for before.

We sent you out a new disc as soon as we were made aware of the problem , as we have grooved the discs we cannot send them back to our suppliers as we have modified them , so while I do appreciate it caused you some hassle it has cost me about £75 to put it right.

If you have anything from us in the future , make me aware of who you are and I will offer you some further discount.

Cheers Ian
Now you cant complain at that

Now , that's what I call service

I've just fitted some of their pads all round and had a great deal.

Grooved discs and Kevlar pads all round, there the next day, and they are now fitted, and I am well pleased.
