It just seems there is just no real desire to sort anything out from the techs, the mods or anyone.
For instance several suggestions were made about changes to the trading area about 5 weeks ago and it was to be discussed by the mods etc. yet nothing has been said even if it is just to say nothing will be changed.
If there's no enthisiasm for improving/fixing things then it will only go one way.

hi everyone,
apologies from IB. I have been away on vacation, and apparently my associate couldn't find this forum to check in. Your reports sound a lot like what I'm hearing from some other sites as well. I will take the info from this thread, and ensure that someone takes a look at things today. I believe the issue lies within our network, but if you can continue to post your tracert reports, especially while you're experiencing issues, that would be greatly appreciated.
Lastly, this is def not on Kieran, or Stu, they've been emailing, not sure why nobody else replied though.
cheers,
robb

Unbelievable. I bet he'd have found it quick enough if all the advertisers started pulling out?

Naw, to be fair to my associate, we have had instances of sites being hacked, and have had to notify every person with adminCP access across our entire network of their new login info etc. He's been slammed. I do note that the complaints here on SN, echo those on some other communities, and checking into our tech bug tracker, I can see that my associate did add notes about Scoobynet's issues. I'm not sure why tech hasn't addressed, but I'll get an update today.

hey everyone,
just wanted to give you an update. I believe we're looking to migrate SN to a new platform of servers that we've built. It's possible this will take place today. There shouldn't be any downtime, but I will keep you posted as the progress happens.
This should resolve things.
