Skyrim
I've also tried it on my laptop at 1080p full settings and it was stunning, so much more detailed than the Xbox and that is without the high res pack. I also liked the scroll wheel function of being to change how far/close in 3rd person view you can bo on your character.
Still playing it on the xbox though as using the mouse was hideous and haven't got the adapter for using the xbox controller in Windows.

Well my laptop is 17" so not exactly portable like a netbook but yes at least if I wanted to play Skyrim on the move I could take it with me.
If you wanted truly portable then you would be looking at an 11" or 13" Alienware laptop.
I'm just waiting for tablets such as ipad to become proper gaming machines where games such as Skyrim can be played. When that happens I won't be bothering with consoles anymore.

I've played it, don't like it. Yes there are good games but i'm talking about equalling consoles which they have the potential to achieve. Imagine Skyrim on a highres tablet, that's what i'm after.
If it runs with an HD3000 then it will be at its lowest settings. That is the standard onboard gpu with intel chips and not designed for gaming where as with Skyrim you want the best dedicated gpu you can afford to pay for in a laptop hence why I said alienware earlier.
I'm using a Dell XPS with 3gb Nvidia GeForce GT 555M. Not the best out there but good enough to make Skyrim look stunning.

I have returned to the main quest for the first time in over 100 hours. A day after loading the patch...
...and it has glitched. I am at Alduin's Wall and Esbern just stands there is not unlocking the puzzle. As Autosave is now working the last manual save I have is 9 hours ago

Lazy bugger
Well - when I got stuck I tried for a while and then checked the walkthrough and it seems pretty glitched to me. Delphine is not there - and according to the walkthrough without Delphine I cannot complete the quest!
