The Anti-lag is just so right for this car!

Love it. Sounds the nuts and must be a blast to drive now with that power!

Some footage of the pug, first test after the remap.

What an awesome couple of hours driving the 205 it really is bonkers!
The power delivery is a lot smoother now and it's definitely more powerful.
it's hard to get the power down coming out of the turns so I think a new set of tyres are on the cards.

Looks really good, something different.

Why no bonnet scoop for the intercooler though?

Thanks mate!

The twin fans on the intercooler keep it nice and cool, even after an hour on the dyno it was still cool to touch so it's a good set up for the power it's running.

Ah fair enough I didn't think it would get as much air as a bonnet scoop. But if that works

I just hope the twin intercooler fans never stop working, otherwise things will get warm very quickly! Is there any warning lamp to show if they stop working?

That's a really good point,no I haven't, it would literally change from a cooler to a heater with in minutes. I could put an led light on the dash to show the fans have power and the fuse hasn't blown, I wouldn't know how to wire it any other way I suppose the chances of them both failing are pretty slim.

You could wire a dual redundant power type feed to them to ensure if one system blows the other still runs, but it still won't help if the fan itself fails. Personally I'd ensure they have their own seperate feed and fuse just to be safe and then simply wire a lamp in series with it inside the car to show the power is OK. There really isn't much you can do if a fan motor fails and leaves the fuse intact, but that is very rare indeed.

You could wire a relay in with this to give a lamp on inside the car if the power fails. That would be simple to do. Would be nicer than a lamp on all the time in healthy state.

That's a good idea, i could actuall wire up a red led light for the dash then and wire it to the closed terminal on the exsisting relay for the fans!

Default Forsale

I'm gutted to have to say but the 205 is now forsale, I just don't have the time to use it anymore.
Thanks for the help and all the great comments.
